Government Guidance on Surveys and EPC

In accordance with Government guidlelines updated on the 13th May,  our Surveyors and EPC assessors are now free to visit properties to carry out surveys. We have adopted the government guidance for working in other people’s homes and all public health guidance on social distancing will be followed.
