During Lockdown we will continue to  provide our full service level and will be working in accordance with the Governments Working in Other Peoples Homes guidance.  If tenants or homeowners are present, we request that all doors and windows are opened prior to our Surveyors arrival.  Whereever possible, occupiers should avoid being in the same room as the Surveyor during the EPC survey.
When collecting keys from and Office or  Branch please ensure they are available for hand-over at the door.
